If you are a current Telarus Agent, or are interested in becoming one, you can configure your Partner Control Panel with a Telarus Agent ID to ensure that any new Telarus services ordered by your customers is properly submitted under that Agent ID.  This not only associates the customer order with you as the Partner, it also ensures the proper commission split.


Current Agent


If you have a current Telarus Agent ID, you may add it in your Control Panel using the following steps:


1. Log into your Partner Control Panel at https://cp.securembox.com/



2. Once logged in, click on the Customer Configuration link to the expend the menu and Click on Hosted Services.



3. Click the cog wheel next to Telarus Services.



4. Click the Are you a current Telarus Agent switch.



5. Enter your Telarus ID and Telarus Agent ID and Click the Save Changes button.



Your Control Panel is now configured with your Telarus Agent ID.  Any new orders submitted by your customers via the Control Panel will automatically be submitted under your Telarus Agent, and should be visible when logging into the Telarus portal with your Agent ID.


Agent Sign-up


If you are not currently a Telarus Agent and would like to sign-up with Telarus, you may do so directly from your Partner Control Panel.  Simply use the following steps to sign up:


1. Log into your Partner Control Panel at https://cp.securembox.com/



2. Once logged in, click on the Customer Configuration link to the expend the menu and Click on Hosted Services.



3. Click the cog wheel next to Telarus Services.



4. Click the Register to receive your commissions link.



5. The Control Panel will direct you to the signup form hosted by Telarus.  Enter a new User ID and Password.  Please note that the user ID must be no more than 15 characters, alphanumeric characters only, and all lower case.  Once completed, click the Next button.



6. Enter your Company information in the respective fields.  Once completed, click the Submit button.



You will automatically be redirected back to your Partner Control Panel.  Your Control Panel is now configured with your Telarus Agent ID.  Any new orders submitted by your customers via the Control Panel will automatically be submitted under your Telarus Agent, and should be visible when logging into the Telarus portal with your Agent ID.
