A standard analytic report for a domain will contain the following columns:
To request an analytics report, please submit a ticket to our Support team. We will need the following information to generate the analytics report:
1. Your Partner ID number.
2. Customer's ID number.
3. Customer's domain.
4. Customer's current Exchange platform.
Please note the following: It may take up to 24 hours for the report to be generated. It most cases, however, it is faster than that.
