Does your new customer require their administrative password be updated? The following article explains how to change the customer level administrative password for any listed customer account.
1. Log into your control panel at http://my.securembox.com.
2. Under the 'My Customer' section, you will want to choose Customer / List Editor.
3. From within the editor, search for the desired customer and select Login As Customer.
4. You will find 'Reset Password' under My Menu > Account Details. We recommend strong passwords, of at least 6 characters, of alpha numeric standards.
