The following article provides the simple steps for initiating a sync between your Partner Control Panel and your ConnectWise account.  If you have not configured your ConnectWise account in the control panel, we recommend reviewing the How to Configure your Control Panel with ConnectWise article.




1. Using any browser, navigate to https://my.securembox.com and sign in using your partner administrative credentials.



2. Under the My Menu section, navigate to Partner Configuration and select the drop down arrow to reveal Vendor Management.



3. Click the Sync / Re-Sync button to initiate a sync with your ConnectWise account.  This process may take a few minutes depending on the number of Companies and Products in ConnectWise.


The page will update once the sync has completed.  You can also verify the results of your last sync by clicking the Show sync status button.
