Users can be granted permissions to manage certain features in the platforms. These permissions can include Full Access, View Only, or No Access.


Permission Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to user permissions:

  • A user cannot edit their own permissions.
  • A user cannot edit the permissions of a user they are impersonating.
  • At least one user in every company must possess Full Admin permissions.
  • If a user does not have Access to a permission, they cannot edit the permissions of another user with that permission.
  • If a user has Access to Child Accounts, that user may impersonate users with any permissions in the child account.

Editing User Permissions

To manage a user’s permissions, use the following steps:

  1. In the platform, click on the Users list in the account containing the user.

  2. Click on the menu button for the user, and select Edit Details

  3. Scroll down to the permissions section.

  4. Select the desired Permissions or Quick Setup.
  5. Click the Save button at the top or bottom of the page to submit the changes.

Quick Setup Descriptions

  • Full Access: Full Access provides the user the ability the manage the following:
    1. Account information (Viewing and editing in the active account and child accounts)
    2. Accounts (Add, edit, and delete child accounts)
    3. Users (Adding, editing, and removing in the active account and child accounts)
    4. Services (Adding, managing, and cancelling in the active account and child accounts)
    5. Reports (In the active account and child accounts)
    6. Price Schedules (Adding, editing, and removing in the active account and child accounts)
  • Basic Access: Basic Access provides the user the ability to manage the following:
    1. Account information (View only in active account, full management in child accounts)
    2. Accounts (Add, edit, and delete child accounts)
    3. Users (No access in active account, full management in child accounts)
    4. Services (No access in active account, full management in child accounts)
    5. Reports (In the active account and child accounts)
    6. Pricing (No access in active account, full management in child accounts)
  • No Access: Access only to their own user dashboard.
