An SPF (Sender Policy Framework) Record helps mail servers distinguish between real mail and forged mail being sent from a domain. With the Private Label Support service, Partners can track and manage support tickets for their Customers using our Ticketing system. To enable the Ticketing system to send emails on behalf of the partner's domain, we recommend adding the following parameter to the Partner's domain name:
This text should be inserted anywhere between the "v=spf1" and "~all" or "-all" parameters in the existing SPF record. For example, a complete SPF record for those Partners using our Exchange platform to host their email may appear as follows:
v=spf1 include:_spf.securembox.com include:email.freshdesk.com ~all
